IATAN must be informed of any changes to your business as this ensures that suppliers around the globe have the most up to date information about your business.

In its continued efforts to minimize your costs, IATAN does not charge for changes, with two exceptions*.

Change of DBA Name (FREE)

When the accredited entity changes DBA name, IATAN notifies its industry suppliers of the new DBA name. This change can be processed by an Agency Owner or Manager via Online Services - Update Agency Info

Change of Legal Name (FEE)

When the accredited entity changes Legal name, IATAN notifies its industry suppliers of the new Legal name. There are fees associated with this change. Report a Change of Legal Name

Change of Location (FREE)

When the accredited entity changes its current business location, it must promptly notify IATAN. This notification should be made prior to, but not later than 30 days following the change. IATAN notifies its industry suppliers of the new address. There is no fee associated with this change. To report a Change of Location, complete section 1 of the IATAN Accreditation Amendment Form (pdf)

Change Contact Details (FREE)

When there are minor adjustments to the business such as a new ZIP code, telephone number, fax number, email address, website, suite/room/floor number, etc. IATAN notifies its industry suppliers of the new details. There is no fee associated with this change.To report a Change of Contact Details, complete section 1 of the IATAN Accreditation Amendment Form (pdf)

Change of Qualified Personnel (FREE)

If you hire a new managerial and/or ticketing Qualifier, IATAN should be promptly notified. There is no fee associated with this change. This change can be processed by an Agency Owner or Manager via Online Services - Update Agency Info

Minor Stock Transfer (FEE)

To report a transfer of less than 30% ownership within a corporation or partnerhips existing owners. IATAN notifies its industry suppliers of the new details. There are fees associated with this change. To report a Minor Stock Transfer, Please complete the Minor stock transfer form (pdf)

Change of Ownership (FEE)

Only principal owners are recorded in IATAN ownership records. Principal owners are defined as owning 20% or more of the entity. IATAN notifies its industry suppliers of the new ownership. There are fees associated with this change. Report a Change of Ownership

Voluntary Cessation of Operations (FREE)

Report the closure of any accredited locations. IATAN notifies its industry suppliers of voluntary cessations. There is no fee associated with this change. To report a Voluntary Cessation of Operations, complete section 4 of the IATAN Accreditation Amendment Form (pdf)

Re-designation of Head Office as Branch Office or vice-versa (FEE)

When it becomes necessary to re-designate your primary (head office) location as a branch office, or vice versa. There are fees associated with this change. To report a Re-designation of Office, complete section 3 of the IATAN Accreditation Amendment Form (pdf)
