Participation in the IATAN Accreditation program is voluntary. Agencies that wish to discontinue their accreditation must submit a Termination Request to notify IATAN of their decision. Upon termination, the agency's accreditation status and assigned IATA Code will be deactivated.

Agencies seeking to resume participation at a later date may apply for reinstatement. Once approved and all eligibility requirements have been met, the IATA Code can be reinstated and accreditation benefits restored.
