Benefits of the IATA/IATAN ID Card

Whether you are applying for your first IATAN ID Card, renewing an existing card, requesting a reprint, or transferring to a new agency, the first step in obtaining an IATAN ID Card is ensuring that you are listed on your agency's IATAN Personnel List. Once added to the Personnel List, you will be assigned a 6-digit PRIN, which is required to start your ID Card order. If you do not have a PRIN, please contact your agency's Owner or Account Administrator.

ID Cards are valid for one year from the date of issuance. Please note that all ID Card fees are non-refundable.

  • New ID Card: $48 (digital ID Card and printed ID Card)
  • Renewal / Reissue ID Card:
    • US$40 for digital ID Card only
    • US$48 for digital ID Card and printed ID Card

Payments may be made by American Express, Mastercard, or Visa.

  • Renewed or Reissued ID Cards: Digital ID Cards are typically available immeditately after purchase.
  • New ID Cards: Digital ID Cards are typically available within four business days of payment.

10-15 business days for delivery. Printed ID Cards are mailed to the agency address on record.
