IATAN is the industry's premier accreditation program for travel agents in the U.S. Each application undergoes a comprehensive review process to verify that agencies meet IATAN’s high professional standards.
Just follow the steps below to apply:
1. Check your eligiblity.
- Be legally registered in the United States or its territories
- Sell travel products and services
- Meet IATAN minimum financial requirements
- Have a qualified travel manager on staff
2. Review the requirements and collect the documents.
Applications require several accompanying documents, so we suggest you review and gather all the necessary document before submitting application.
3. Register on the IATA Customer Portal
Complete the IATAN Accreditation application and upload the supporting documents on the IATA Customer Portal.
4. Complete the IATAN Accreditation Application
Once you application has been approved, we will email your accreditation details, including:
- Your unique globally recognized IATA Numeric Code
- A confirmation letter with the date of accreditation
- Your official IATAN certificate
