Notification of Changes

IATAN must be informed of any changes to your business as this ensures that suppliers around the globe have the most up to date information about your business.

In its continued efforts to minimize your costs, IATAN does not charge for changes, with two exceptions*.

Voluntary Cessation of any Location	FREE
Re-Designation of a Head Office as a Branch or vice-versa	FREE
Complete Change of Ownership *	$165
Partial/Structural Change of Ownership *	$75

• Change of DBA Name

  When the accredited entity changes DBA name, IATAN notifies its customer airlines of the new DBA name.
  There is no fee associated with this change.

  When the accredited entity changes Legal name, IATAN notifies its customer airlines of the new Legal name.

• Change of Location

  When the accredited entity changes its current business location, it must promptly notify IATAN. This notification should be made prior to, but not later than 30 days following the change.
  IATAN notifies its customer airlines of the new address.
  There is no fee associated with this change.

• Change Contact Details

  When there are minor adjustments to the business such as a new ZIP code, telephone number, fax number, email address, website, suite/room/floor number, etc..
  IATAN notifies its customer airlines of the new details.
  There is no fee associated with this change.

• Change of Qualified Personnel

  If you hire a new managerial and/or ticketing Qualifier, IATAN should be promptly notified.
  There is no fee associated with this change.

• Minor Stock Transfer

  To report a transfer of less than 20% ownership in a corporation or partnerhip.
  IATAN notifies its customer airlines of the new details.
  There is no fee associated with this change.

• Change of Ownership

  Only principal owners are recorded in IATAN ownership records. Principal owners are defined as owning 20% or more of the entity.
  IATAN notifies its customer airlines of the new ownership.

• Voluntary Cessation of Operations

  Report the closure of any accredited locations.
  IATAN notifies its customer airlines of voluntary cessations.
  There is no fee associated with this change.

• Re-designation of Head Office as Branch Office or vice-versa

  When it becomes necessary to re-designate your primary (head office) location as a branch office, or vice versa.
  There is no fee associated with this change.
