IATAN is committed to upholding the integrity of the travel industry through its program. IATAN requirements are professional business standards globally recognized by the travel industry.

Key requirements are:

1. Proof of legal form of business
2. Proof of commitment to travel business via sales & financial standing
3. Fiduciary responsibilities
4. Errors and Omissions insurance *
   • * E&O will be waived if the following requirements are met
   • Agent has 5 years experience. Proof will be required
   • Agent is certified in one of the following
   • Certified Travel Associate Program (CTA)
   • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)
   • Certification in Meeting Management (CMM)
   • Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)

Accreditation Fees

Being not for profit, our fees have been kept at a minimum affordable level!

Accreditation Fees
Head Office (HO) & Branch (BR)	$ 195.00
Corporate Travel Department (CTD) - HO & BR	$ 390.00
All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable.

Once accredited, you will receive:

1. Your unique and globally recognized IATA numeric code
2. A letter reflecting your date of accreditation
3. Your official IATAN Certificate of Accreditation
4. IATAN window decal for display to the traveling public
