What is AgentExperience?
AgentExperience is a private site allowing IATA / IATAN ID Card
holders to view special offers from Travel & Tourism suppliers around the world. The benefits are numerous: deals on fam trips, incentives, discounts and privileges for this select group of travel professionals.
As an IATA/IATAN ID Cardholder, how do I get access to AgentExperience?
I am not an IATA/IATAN ID Cardholder, can I access AgentExperience?
- As an IATA/IATAN Travel Professional, you have a limited access to AgentExperience
, allowing you to view participating suppliers with no details on their offers. It is important for you to know that suppliers listed mandate the Card before granting any industry concessions.
Can I change my account information on AgentExperience?
YES - You can change your address, email, phone number or password. Simply log into AgentExperience and click on the Account Tab. At the bottom of the page, click ''Edit Account''.
What do I do if I have lost my password for AgentExperience?
All you have to do is go to the AgentExperience login page
and click on the link ''Forgot your Password?''.
In the ''Identity'' Box, enter 1 of the following 3:
- Your AgentExperience.com user name
- The 10 digit VER# from the face of your IATA/IATAN ID Card
- The email address associated with your AgentExperience.com account
Your new password will then be sent to the email address on file.
My password is being sent to an email address I no longer have access to. What can I do?
In this case, an AgentExperience administrator will have to change your email information manually before you can obtain your new password. Use the Contact Us Form to request this change on your profile.
